~ Bobotie and the Cottage Pie – serve with veggies, rice – many customers serve two from the Bobotie and

~ Chilli Con Carne – we love serving the heated Chilli Con Carne on seeded bread, topped with grated cheese and baby tomato and grilled. We serve with a tomato, cucumber salsa. Wraps bought at SPAR or their homemade roti wraps
are winners with this meal

~ Spaghetti and Pasta bake – delicious heated and served with carrots, peas and a salad – a taste bite to take with to
work.


~ The Penne Pasta Tetrazzini meals – made with penne pasta and either chicken, or roast vegetables cooked in a
delicious cheesy sauce

~ Lasagna – either Beef/ Chicken on Butternut served with crusty bread and a green salad. 1.2kg lasagna will definitely feed a generous 3 portions or 4 portions with a salad


~ Chicken Stroganoff – serve either on pasta, baked potato or rice. Serve with veggies and a salad


~Thai Chicken and butternut – for the spicy Dad or Mom. Basmati Rice with peas and you are done!


~ Indian Chicken Curry – fragrant not spice. Boil potato, carrot and peas and this 350g meal will be enough for two. Don’t forget the basmati rice!


~ Our Chicken pie – they are definitely our best seller. Serves a very generous 5 portion. 6 portions can be served but bulk it with veg – these darlings are quick sellers so you need to put in an order way ahead of time.


EXTRA IDEAS:


~ Cook enough rice for three days for your family and keep in fridge
~ Stir fry veggies e.g. thinly cut carrots, cabbage, onions and left-over broccoli etc and add to the rice
~ Spar sells delicious rotis and wraps – any of the above served with salad makes a delicious meal
~ Don’t forget the standard baked potato or baked sweet potato in the microwave – potatoes complement the meals above
~ Chilli Con Carne can be shared with your partner – it is fragrant and not hot. Serve this with a roti or wrap, bulk up with tinned beans or sweetcorn, and to accompany the Chilli, serve a tomato, cucumber, banana and onion salad. Mrs. Balls Chutney is a must!
